Fillings
The filling service is a process that consists of filling textile products with natural feathers, synthetic fibers or a combination of both, in order to create a comfortable and cozy interior.
Our feather filling service is designed to create comfortable, high-quality products that meet consumer preferences and needs in terms of support, comfort and durability. The choice between natural feathers, synthetic fibers or a combination of both depends on individual preferences and specific product requirements.
Types of fillings
Natural Feathers
We use high-quality natural feathers to provide excellent thermal insulation, lightness and comfort. This type of filling is ideal for technical clothing and high-end padding. The process is carried out under strict control, respecting hygiene and animal welfare standards, and allows the volume of filling to be adjusted according to the customer's specifications.
Synthetic feathers
Filling made from synthetic fibers or recycled synthetic fibers (eco-down), developed to replicate the thermal performance and lightness of natural feathers. It has high volumetric stability and moisture resistance.
FLWRDWN™
It is a filling developed from a combination of wildflowers, biopolymer and aerogel. This technology offers a sustainable and ethical alternative to traditional down of animal origin. As well as being animal-friendly, FLWRDWN™ stands out for its excellent thermal capacity and breathability, providing comfort and protection even in bitterly cold conditions.
BioPuff®
A regenerative insulation made from reeds that actively contribute to the regeneration of wetlands. Reduces dependence on feathers and synthetic fillings. It is light, warm, soft and naturally water-repellent. It's also cruelty-free and traceable from reed to packaging.
Kapok
Filled with 100% natural vegetable fiber, extracted from the kapok tree, known for its lightness and natural thermal properties. Hypoallergenic, biodegradable and highly breathable, it is an ideal solution for sustainable clothing.
